Disclaimer — Version 2.0 — Effective 2026-07-19
In plain language: Kelavon Task Manager is a productivity tool. It does not provide legal, regulatory, medical, quality, validation, cybersecurity, tax, or other professional advice. Customers remain responsible for decisions, records, backups, and compliance.
1. General information only
Website and Documentation content is general product information, not professional advice. Obtain qualified advice for legal, regulatory, medical, quality, validation, cybersecurity, accounting, or tax decisions.
2. No regulatory approval or certification
Use by regulated teams does not mean the Software is approved, certified, validated, or compliant for a specific law, authority, standard, submission, GxP process, electronic-record requirement, or quality system.
3. Customer validation
The Customer decides intended use, risk classification, configuration, controls, testing, validation, SOPs, training, review, audit, retention, backup, and change control.
4. No professional decision replacement
Tasks, reminders, statuses, templates, calculations, or outputs do not replace professional judgment, independent verification, required approvals, or source records.
5. Local data and backups
Customer Data is stored in Customer-controlled Excel files. Kelavon does not automatically back it up, recover it, maintain retention, or monitor integrity. The Customer must implement and test backups.
6. Excel and environment risks
File corruption, concurrent editing, macros, permissions, antivirus, network drives, cloud-sync clients, Windows/Office updates, and third-party tools may affect operation. Use supported configurations and test changes.
7. Availability and errors
No software is error-free. Website, download, support, and activation services may be interrupted. Kelavon commits to initial activation availability for 90 days from purchase; activation after that period is best-effort and not guaranteed. Already activated installations are designed to remain offline-capable.
8. Security
No absolute security guarantee is made. Device binding is intended to resist casual license sharing, not tamper-proof a customer-controlled computer. Full VM/profile cloning, disk-image duplication, local-state manipulation, or executable patching may defeat offline controls. The Customer remains responsible for endpoint, file, network, access, identity, and organisational security.
9. Third-party content
Links, Microsoft products, payment services, and other third-party components are independent. Their availability, terms, and behaviour may change.
10. Forward-looking statements
Roadmaps, planned features, estimated dates, and future versions are non-binding unless included in a signed agreement. Base purchasing decisions on currently delivered functionality.
11. Testimonials and examples
Examples illustrate particular experiences and do not guarantee identical results, productivity gains, compliance outcomes, or cost savings.
12. Mandatory law
This Disclaimer does not exclude warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The EULA and Terms contain the contractual provisions.
