Cookie Policy

Version 2.0 · Effective 2026-07-19

In plain language: this site uses strictly necessary technology only — no analytics, no advertising, no cross-site tracking. The policy and a consent mechanism will be updated before any non-essential technology is ever added.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small data items stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and device/browser storage.

2. Current use

As of the effective date, Kelavon uses only strictly necessary technologies needed for security, form operation, checkout redirection, and license-help/magic-link functionality. No analytics, behavioural advertising, or cross-site profiling is used. [VERIFY AGAINST PRODUCTION BEFORE LAUNCH.]

3. Strictly necessary technologies

Examples: security/anti-CSRF state, session state, magic-link flow state, and checkout handoff. [A COMPLETE INVENTORY TABLE — name, provider, purpose, type, duration — TO BE POPULATED FROM A PRODUCTION SCAN BEFORE LAUNCH.]

4. Third-party checkout

The merchant-of-record checkout (a Stripe-operated page you are redirected to) may set its own cookies under its own policy. Those are distinct from anything set on https://kelavon.com.

5. No analytics or advertising

No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Clarity, session replay, or advertising identifiers are in use. None will be added without a prior legal/technical update and required consent.

6. Consent

Strictly necessary technologies may not require consent in some jurisdictions, but still require transparency (this page). Non-essential technologies would be blocked until valid consent where required, with equally accessible accept/reject choices and withdrawal controls.

7. Browser controls

You can delete or block browser storage, but blocking necessary technologies may prevent forms, checkout, security controls, or license-help functions from working.

8. Changes

The production site is re-scanned after deployments and vendor changes. This Policy and the consent mechanism are updated before new technology starts, not after.
